pkr97 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pkr97," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pkr97 platform operating at pkr97.club and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr97 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a player on the pkr97 platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pkr97 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by any individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

pkr97 reserves the right to require any player to complete KYC verification at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these terms.

All deposits and withdrawals on the pkr97 platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr97 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkr97 account balance within minutes of successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take additional business days to clear depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. pkr97 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are prioritised and are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification status.

• Players may only withdraw funds from a genuinely used account balance. Depositing solely to withdraw without engaging in any wagering activity may be treated as a suspicious transaction.
• pkr97 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification to its satisfaction.
• Any transaction fees charged by your chosen payment provider are your sole responsibility and will not be covered or reimbursed by pkr97.
• pkr97 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

pkr97's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
